Description: Dorothy the Dodger is an elderly female approx. 165cm tall with kindly eyes and a thick girth.

Crime: Fraud and theft.

Dorothy stole from others by proxy. She fluttered her eyelashes at Terry the Thief and used her feminine wiles to encourage him to steal from others on her behalf.
