Description: Terry the Thief is an elderly, scrawny and scruffy male, approx. 180cm tall with beady brown eyes and a nervous nature.

Crime: Theft by deception.

Terry colluded with others to steal property from innocent victims. Terry is enamoured with Dorothy the Dodger.
