01 Jul Art Partners Australia celebrates it’s First Anniversary.
Whilst Art Partners Australia has been putting artwork on corporate walls for a number of years, we have cause to celebrate tomorrow as the Gallery has its first anniversary. The gallery was established to showcase the work of our 38 talented and dedicated artists. It has become a hub of inspiration and sharing and I thank all those who have supported its development and growth. These include the gallery team, Robert, Keesan, Candice, Mel, Nic, Katherine, Alison, Kerry and Georgia, the artists and the arts community who have supported so many workshops and exhibitions and purchased spectacular artworks. It is so rewarding to see our artists work on local walls. It is so important to support our local, regional and family run businesses.
The last 6 months has been an unbelievable challenge with drought, bushfires and a flood through the gallery. A big thank you to the Porter family who hosted Juju Roache’s exhibition in a pop up gallery the day after the gallery ceiling caved in and to Sue and Michael for their ongoing support. Covid hit soon after we reopened and we have had to really think outside the square to continue to operate. We were sad to see Missmith Interiors relocate due to Covid and have welcomed Wmedia to the space.
