Winning the Susan Moorhead Memorial Art Prize in 2012 led to a successful solo show, ‘Harvest’, in 2013.

“I have been fascinated by the physics of optics, light and heat and the effects of temperature on all types of matter since I was at high school. This knowledge of many aspects of the wavelength spectrum has held me in good stead throughout my life whether it be cooking, photography and other creative pursuits’’.
